Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the sp7 platform (https://sp7.bio), registering an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.
These Terms & Conditions apply to adult users in Bangladesh aged 18 and above. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and agree to comply with these terms.
Sp7 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms take effect upon publication, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration Process
To create an account on sp7, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual may only register one account. sp7 reserves the right to close any duplicate accounts belonging to the same person.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. You are personally accountable for all activity carried out under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact us at [email protected].
Verification
Sp7 may request identity verification (National ID or passport) at any time. Withdrawals and other features may be restricted until verification is complete.
User Responsibilities
- Accurate and up-to-date information must be provided.
- Unauthorized access or attempted intrusion into any system or network of the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Participation in fraudulent or illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
- Stealing or using another user's account credentials is strictly prohibited.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on sp7 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers. sp7 reserves the right to modify or update available payment methods at any time.
Deposit
Before making a deposit, please ensure all details entered are correct. Funds sent with incorrect information may take additional time to recover. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set in accordance with platform rules.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals are only available from verified accounts with a sufficient verifiable balance at the time of the request. sp7 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Bonuses & Promotions
Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal. Each bonus offer carries its own terms, which will apply accordingly. sp7 reserves the right to cancel bonus benefits in cases of abuse.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibited Activities
The sp7 platform is intended for personal entertainment purposes only. Betting on behalf of third parties or for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using any software, bot, or automated system to place bets or play games.
- Intentionally exploiting bugs or errors in the platform's systems.
- Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Misleading or deceiving other users.
- Any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the platform.
In the event of any of the above violations, sp7 may immediately suspend or close the account and forfeit any associated balance.
Account Suspension, Closure & Intellectual Property Policy
Account Suspension & Closure
Sp7 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following cases: violation of Terms & Conditions; fraudulent or suspicious activity; failure to provide verification information; prolonged inactivity; user's own request.
Users may also request account closure at any time by emailing [email protected]. If a valid balance remains at the time of closure and all conditions are met, it will be refunded.
Intellectual Property
All content on the sp7 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of sp7. Users may access the platform for personal use only. Copying, modifying, or redistributing any content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Links & Services
The sp7 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. sp7 is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external services. We recommend reading their terms before use.
Limitation of Liability, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Limitation of Liability
The sp7 platform provides its services on an "as-is" basis. sp7 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues. The financial risk of betting or gaming is borne entirely by the user.
Sp7's total liability shall in no event exceed the amount paid in the specific transaction in question. sp7 is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses under any circumstances.
Changes to Terms
Sp7 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are published on the platform. Where material changes are made, sp7 will endeavour to notify users, though this is not guaranteed.
Governing Law
